A family restaurant
in the heart of Sotogrande.
Opened by Enzo and Sara in 1989, and still run by the family today.

“We opened a small restaurant and never really changed it. Why would we?”
Enzo and Sara Lombardo opened their doors in December 1989 with a simple idea: cook the food of home, and treat every guest like a friend who has just arrived. Enzo took the kitchen — the pasta, the pizza from the oven, the meats cooked slowly and simply. Sara made the salads fresh and the desserts by hand.
Three decades later, that idea has not moved an inch. Their son Stefano now works the pass alongside them, and regulars still order the same dishes they have loved for years without opening the menu.
Inside, Italian paintings line the walls and classical music plays low — a warm room for a winter evening. When the weather turns, the elegant Andalusian courtyard opens, and dinner becomes a long night under the open sky.
It is the kind of place people build memories around: anniversaries, reunions, the first dinner of every holiday. Not somewhere you simply eat — somewhere you come back to.

A short history of a long table
The first evening
In December, Enzo and Sara Lombardo open a small Italian restaurant in Sotogrande. Enzo cooks; Sara makes the salads and desserts by hand.
A neighbourhood favourite
Word travels along the coast. The little trattoria becomes the table locals bring their families and friends back to, season after season.
A second generation
Son Stefano now co-runs the restaurant. The recipes, the welcome and the paintings on the wall are exactly where they have always been.
Still a family table
The kitchen opens at six, Monday to Saturday — the same generous, unhurried Italian cooking that started it all.
